COR-RED is an extract from cornelian cherry that gives red pigment. The cornelian cherry is a fruit full of anthocyanins and phenolic compounds, which make it ideal as raw material for colour production. Physis Ingredients cultivates cornelian cherries in own land in Greece and supervises its production in all stages.
