New collaboration of Physis Ingredients with A.U.Th. in the frame of the project NeuroActCorn
Physis Ingredients starts a new research project in collaboration with two departments of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, the Department of Chemical Engineering (professor in charge Mr. Athanasios Salifoglou) and the Deparment of Food Science & Technology (professor in charge Mr. Ioannis Mourtzinos). The project, with the abbreviation NeuroActCorn, will focus on the development of a natural product with neuroprotective action out of the plant cornellian cherry and will last for two years. It is a co-funded project in the frame of the program “Investment Innovation plans” of the Prefecture of Central Macedonia. The kick-off meeting was held on 20/1/2022 and the work plan was defined.
