Publication of research paper for product of Physis Ingredients
Physis Ingredients funded research for the development of a product for ruminants. The research was conducted by Departements of A.U.Th.; the Veterinary School was in charge. In the experiment that took place, it was found that the product (CORNyme) increased milk production of sheep by 10% during summer heat stress. In addition, health indicators in the animals were satisfactory, while chemical composition and microbiologial quality, plus aroma and taste, of the milk and its products (cheese, yogurt), were evaluated highly positively.
